According to Nikitin, the Madrid side unexpectedly put the Catalans under pressure early on: in the first 30 minutes Barcelona were not ready for such a scenario. However, the expert noted that possession ultimately remained with Barcelona and said on Match TV that Real are gradually moving away from the “Galacticos” image, lagging behind their rivals in terms of star names in the squad.
