In the 20th round of Italy’s Serie A, Genoa hosted Cagliari and finished the match with a convincing win. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .
In the 7th minute, Ruslan Malinovskyi won the ball from the opponent and quickly launched an attack: in the end, Lorenzo Colombo opened the scoring. The hosts did not relinquish the initiative already in the first half.
Genoa looked much sharper in the second half as well. In the 75th minute, after a deflection, Morten Frendrup became the goalscorer, and three minutes later, following a pass from Aaron Caricol, Leo Østigård headed in accurately to make it 3–0.
After this result, both teams have 19 points and share 15th place in the standings.
