Ronaldo scores as Al-Nassr lose for the third straight match

On Monday, in-form Al-Hilal hosted Al-Nassr, who had been top of the table not long ago. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
Early in the match, Kingsley Coman burst down the right flank and created danger with a shot toward the far corner, but the ball went just wide. Later, Cristiano Ronaldo, frustrated by the lack of service, struck from distance toward the lower left corner, and the goalkeeper pushed it out for a corner. In the 42nd minute, Joao Felix played a forward pass, Coman switched it from right to left, and Ronaldo expertly finished into the net with his foot — 0:1.
In the 57th minute, Al-Hilal equalized from the penalty spot: Salem Al-Dawsari placed the ball precisely into the left corner, while the goalkeeper guessed wrong — 1:1. Soon after, visiting keeper Nawaf Al-Aqidi was shown a red card for an unnecessary action against Ruben Neves after the goal episode, leaving Al-Nassr down to ten men.
In the 81st minute, after a corner and a prolonged attack, the ball returned to the area where Neves was positioned. The Portuguese midfielder delivered a pass from open play, and Mohamed Kanno got a touch, redirecting the ball into the goal — 2:1. In the 90th minute, the hosts won another penalty: this time Neves aimed for the left corner, while the goalkeeper dived the other way — 3:1.
After this win, Al-Hilal strengthened their lead at the top of the table, opening up a seven-point gap. Ronaldo’s team, although sharing second place, suffered their third consecutive defeat.
