Arteta responds to criticism: Arsenal defended its spectacle

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta responded to criticisms of his team's performance in his own way - with a mixture of confidence and irony. According to the coach, he hears the discussions around him differently, and the phrase "criticism" doesn't quite suit him.
Arteta first pointed to the praises being made about Arsenal on the European stage. According to him, the Gunners are being called one of the most spectacular teams on the continent: there are many goals, results, and order is maintained in defense.
"I'm hearing something completely different. Throughout Europe, Arsenal is being called the most spectacular team on the continent - we're scoring a lot, keeping our goal untouched. "Perhaps my sources are different," he said.
Then, when journalists asked why the opinions of experts in Britain and abroad differed, Arteta resorted to "classic": with a joke, but with a harsh connotation on top.
"I don't know who this is about. Send the names, addresses, and emails - maybe we'll talk. But I cannot make a list of all those whom I criticize."
That is, the coach's mood was like this: "Are you criticizing - fine, but who are you?" he asked with a slight irony.
It was reported that Arteta made these remarks at a press conference ahead of the second leg of the English League Cup against Chelsea.
In short, when Arteta starts defending Arsenal, even the microphone "goes into shape." Now it's about the field: whether the team can truly strengthen this confidence with results in the second leg - that's exactly what the fans are waiting for.
