Three more matches in the second leg of the Champions League playoffs have concluded. This night, as usual, was full of unexpected turns: last season's finalist "Inter" sensationally withdrew from the competition, "Newcastle" completed work on their home field, and "Bayer" advanced to the next stage with the desired result, although they didn't show a luxurious performance.
The biggest sensation was observed in Milan. Last year's finalist, Inter, hosted Budø-Glimt in front of their fans, but lost again and were eliminated from the Champions League. The Italians tried to change the situation during the match, Bastoni scored in the 76th minute, rekindling hope. However, the Norwegians had already scored twice through Hauge and Even. As a result, the 1-2 defeat cost Inter dearly - the team unexpectedly withdrew from the competition.
And "Budø-Glimt" once again proved that they are not a random team. Order, discipline, and composure - these very qualities gave the guests the desired result. In short, in this clash, not the name, but preparation and courage prevailed.

After that, Jafarquliyev revived the guests' hopes and brought the score to 3:2. The intrigue persisted for the remaining minutes, but the English kept the lead and advanced to the next round.
