Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior has publicly addressed his future and the transfer rumors surrounding him for the first time. “It’s very good. We are getting to know the new coach and the new players, and we are working very hard in training,” said the Brazilian footballer. He also admitted how demanding the sessions had been as he worked to regain his fitness after the World Cup in North America.

Preseason Workload and Physical Preparation

According to the player, the main goal of preseason training is to get the footballers into complete physical condition and reduce injuries during the season. The workload has been very high from the first days, including two training sessions a day.

“Today we did some work in the gym, completing short exercises to strengthen our leg muscles, and I think it was a very useful session. We were all completely exhausted and could barely stand, but now it’s time to rest for tomorrow,” the forward added.

Despite his professional approach on the pitch, the situation surrounding the player’s current contract with the club remains tense. According to reports, Real Madrid’s management has made the player a final contract extension offer and is maintaining a firm stance.
