Xiaomi has launched a new device called the Mijia Washing Machine Mini Dual-Zone Wash & Dry 1kg (model number XHQB10MJ103). This mini-format washing machine features two independent washing and drying zones and is currently sold in China for around $220. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The new device is designed for users who need compact appliances for daily needs. The model supports several operating modes, including separate washing, separate drying, and a combined cycle. According to Xiaomi, the machine can wash up to 1.0 kg of clothes and dry up to 0.4 kg.
One of the device's unique features is the intelligent soft drying function, which automatically controls the temperature and protects the fabric from overheating. For small and light clothes, there is a quick wash and dry cycle that lasts only 45 minutes.
Technically, the water supply and drainage channels for the two drums are separate. Through the Mijia app, 17 different scenarios can be selected, including a 95°C boiling mode. There are also 6 main programs on the control panel, with the ability to adjust water level and temperature via the app.
With dimensions of 530 × 371 × 410 mm, this compact device allows for space saving in modern apartments. With this product, Xiaomi aims to further expand the compact segment of the home appliance market.
