SpaceX launches Starlink satellites every three days

SpaceX has set a new record in space exploration: on May 31, the 50th Starlink mission of 2026 was successfully carried out from the Vandenberg Space Force Base. The Falcon 9 rocket delivered another 24 satellites into orbit, bringing the total number of devices sent to space this year to approximately 1,375. This was reported by Ixbt.com .

The company has significantly increased its pace, achieving one Starlink mission every three days. This rate is significantly higher than in 2025. Due to this intensity, the total number of active Starlink satellites in orbit has already exceeded 10,000.

The Starlink project provides high-speed internet to the most remote corners of the planet. Ships, aircraft, and rural areas that previously lacked stable connectivity are now gaining access to high-quality networks.

Recently, United Airlines announced the large-scale implementation of Starlink internet on its aircraft. Furthermore, Starlink is expected to win the right to participate in mobile satellite spectrum auctions in Europe.
