The President promised major changes in the field of medicine: the salary of doctors will reach $ 1,500!

Today, at a meeting held with the participation of the head of state, important and radical decisions were made to further improve the healthcare system. The meeting determined the radical reorganization of 7 large and 27 small polyclinics, which provide medical services to more than 12 thousand people in one district alone.

As part of these reforms, the district central polyclinic will now be transformed into a modern consultation and diagnostic center under the district hospital. Here, the population will be served by highly qualified medical personnel such as narrow-field specialists - cardiologists, endocrinologists, oncologists.

The adopted decisions are aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of medical workers and increasing their work efficiency. In particular, it was determined that the basic salary of family doctors starting work in the renovated polyclinics will be $ 500, and the salary of nurses will be $ 300.

At the same time, if medical workers improve their qualifications and receive the appropriate certificate, an additional bonus of the same amount will be added to their basic salary. This means that qualified doctors will receive a basic salary of at least $1,000, and nurses will receive a basic salary of $600.

The President paid special attention to another important aspect in this regard. If medical workers go from house to house in their neighborhoods, monitor the health of the population, constantly monitor those suffering from chronic diseases, provide them with practical assistance in managing their diseases, ensure the early detection of serious diseases, and prevent emergencies, additional financial incentives will be provided to them.

For example, doctors who have managed to significantly reduce the number of people seeking emergency medical care and hospitals by timely detecting dangerous diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, oncology, and diabetes will receive an additional bonus of $500, and nurses will receive an additional bonus of $300.

As a result, the salary of highly qualified and effective family doctors will reach $ 1,500, and the salary of nurses will reach $ 600-800.

The President emphasized that the main goal of these reforms is not only to increase the salary of doctors and nurses, but also to increase human dignity in general.

Now, any serious health condition in the neighborhoods - heart attack, stroke, premature death of mothers and children, disability due to chronic diseases - will be considered an emergency.
