A symbol of courage in the capital: The president personally presented the inspector with the rank of captain
Another example of humanity and responsibility appeared in the capital: for his devoted service, the inspector of the Yang Kamolon mahalla received special recognition and the rank of captain from the head of state. This event took place during Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s visit to the Shaykhantakhur district.

During the presentation of the "Reforms Headquarters" activities, the president became acquainted with a special program that collected all demographic and statistical data, information about the gender and age of the population, the number of houses, and data about residents who came from different regions. The inspector reported that, to ensure security in the mahalla and prevent crimes, a situational center with surveillance cameras installed in the entrances of apartment buildings was created, as a result of which not a single crime was registered in 2024.

The head of state also asked the inspector: "In which houses are you carrying out what work? Which house or organization do you think is dangerous?" The inspector replied that work is being carried out in cooperation with the mahalla seven, that there are no problems or threats, and confidently promised that not a single crime would be committed until the end of 2025.

President Mirziyoyev proudly told him: "If every inspector serves as selflessly as you, there will be no crime in the country. Tomorrow you will become a captain. You speak with courage and confidence. Those like you will become the future leaders of the mahalla service," praising the inspector and announcing the decision to award him the rank of captain. "I want to train cadres like you. Congratulations on your captaincy!" said the head of state.

The inspector’s promise was as follows: "Dear president, I promise that the Yang Kamolon mahalla will become the most exemplary mahalla, and I will serve the Republic of Uzbekistan faithfully!"

Currently, crime in the mahalla is zero. The experience of Yang Kamolon has become an example for the whole country and clearly showed that the duties of mahalla inspectors, public safety, and work with citizens are reaching a new level.

This event brought new spirit, new motivation, and full trust not only to the city but also to the entire country — to the mahalla system, public safety, and the work of dedicated inspectors. Whether such an example of courage will become a driver for new approaches and large-scale changes in the system remains to be seen, but today’s hero has opened a new page in Yang Kamolon.
