In fact, by Presidential Decree No. UP-51 of March 19, 2025, changes were made to the procedure for using the Director's Fund of general education institutions. According to the new rules, in connection with "October 1 - Teachers' and Mentors' Day," the amount of employee bonuses can be up to 75 percent of the minimum wage. Previously, this norm was 50 percent.
It is reported that although the suffix "-gacha" indicates the maximum limit, this does not mean that all employees receive 75%. The amount of remuneration for each institution and employee is determined depending on the current financial capabilities and financial condition of the Director's Fund.
