New tariffs for hot water will be introduced in Tashkent from November 12

New tariffs for hot water and heat supply services will be introduced for the population and organizations of Tashkent. This is stated in the decision of the khokim of the capital dated October 27, 2025.

According to the data, new prices for centralized heat supply services provided by Veolia Energy Tashkent will come into effect from November 12, 2025.

According to the decree, the new tariffs (excluding VAT) are set as follows:

-Base tariff - 711,641 sum/Gcal

-For the population - 139,860 sum/Gcal

-For budget organizations - 952,797 sum/Gcal

-For legal entities - 342,296 sum/Gcal

According to the company, these changes are being implemented to modernize the energy system and improve the quality of service. Most importantly, thanks to government subsidies, residents of the capital do not pay the full cost of heat energy - about 80% of the costs are covered by the local budget.

Veolia representatives emphasized that the collected funds will be directed exclusively to the development of heating and hot water supply services, as well as infrastructure repairs and upgrades.

As a result of the work carried out in recent years, losses in the heating system have decreased from 44% to 33.4%. This served not only to save resources, but also to ensure the stable operation of the system and improve the quality of heating in houses.

Experts note that these measures, along with increasing energy efficiency, will help ensure uninterrupted hot water and heating services for the population.

The most important aspect for residents of the capital is that the new tariffs will be gradually implemented, and the quality of service is expected to improve accordingly.
