The expected start date of the heating season in the capital has been announced. This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent city administration.
According to the meteorological service, a special decision of the city khokim was adopted. According to it, centralized heat supply for social facilities (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.) will be launched from November 3, 2025, and in residential buildings - from November 5.
According to the khokimiyat, this decision was made in order to reduce the air temperature and create comfortable conditions for citizens. In the process of phased commissioning of the heating system, the stability of the system will be checked in each mahalla and household.
The city administration asked citizens not to be indifferent when problems with heat supply arise.
"If you find a malfunction or a situation requiring repair in the heat supply in your residence or in the institution you manage, please call 1055 or 71-210-01-87 or contact our official social media pages. By doing so, you will make a practical contribution to eliminating the shortcomings in the system," the official statement said.
Experts note that even after the heating system is fully operational, it may take several days for temperature stability in individual buildings. Therefore, the population was urged to be patient.
