
The old cargo terminal of Tashkent International Airport has been put up for lease via an auction. This was reported by the press service of "Uzbekistan Airports."
According to the announcement, the former cargo complex of Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov has been listed for auction on the E-auksion.uz online platform. The total area of the building amounts to 6,882 square meters.
The starting price for the annual lease has been set at 16.9 billion som, excluding value-added tax. The terminal and facilities are planned to be leased to a cargo aviation operator, providing the opportunity to efficiently conduct temporary storage and processing of goods at the site.
Special rules regarding compliance with leasing requirements have been established for auction participants. The auction is scheduled to take place on November 24.
