One of the most memorable moments was the evening when the country’s main New Year tree was ceremonially lit. The square filled with the applause of thousands of residents, the glow of lights, and a family-walk atmosphere.
Another bright highlight of the pre-holiday program was the addition of a Santa Claus parade. This promenade march in front of spectators brought smiles and festive cheer to hundreds of people.
