Air tours in Samarkand begin in March

Starting from March of this year, air tours by helicopter are planned to be organized in the Samarkand region. This was reported by Zamon.uz. According to the report, Uzbekistan Helicopters will initially engage two helicopters for regional flights.

According to the information, air travel will be organized over the Urgut, Kattakurgan, Nurabad, Ishtikhan, and Bulungur districts. According to the representative of the regional tourism department, Muhammad Mardonov, these new routes will allow tourists to admire the unique natural landscapes from above, as well as get acquainted with the famous and attractive places of the region.

In particular, during the air excursions, tourists will be able to see the new recreation area built around the Kattakurgan Reservoir, as well as the al-Bukhari Memorial Complex.

It is reported that the starting price of air tour services is about $100. In the future, as the demand for the service increases, it is planned to increase the number of helicopters and launch additional flights.
