Based on the relevant decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of personnel changes were made in the field of state administration and education.
In particular, Hilola Uktamovna Umarova was relieved from the position of Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Education Reform due to her transfer to another position.
In her place, Ilhom Tohirovich Sirojev was appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Education Reform.
At the same time, Hilola Uktamovna Umarova was appointed Deputy Minister for the Development of Pedagogical Education at the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Rector of the Nizami National Pedagogical University.
According to official information, these appointments are aimed at further improving the education system, enhancing the quality of training for teaching staff, and consistently continuing ongoing reforms.
It should be noted that Hilola Umarova was appointed Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the end of 2022. Later, on July 14, 2025, by presidential decree, she was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Education Reform.
