The cancellation of the super contract in the medical field is expected

The cancellation of the super contract in the medical field is expected. In addition, it is planned to sharply increase the amount of the regular contract based on the volume of actual expenses — this idea lies at the core of the statements.
However, public opinion around this issue is not uniform: different reactions are emerging. Some oppose the draft decision and, on the contrary, express the view that the increased tuition contract should be preserved and even raised further. According to them, the additional funds collected in this way could make universities significantly more financially independent and contribute to improving the quality of education and infrastructure.
At the same time, a strict position is also voiced: “regardless of how high the tuition fee is, results must be demanded from students.” That is, the discussion is not only about money — issues of academic rigor, objective assessment, and principles of fairness are also coming to the forefront.
The greatest concern, however, is related to raising the amount of the regular tuition contract. If the price increases sharply, it may intensify public dissatisfaction: children from low-income families may struggle to pay around 30 million soums per year for 6–7 years. As a result, there is a risk that access to such an important field as medicine may become even more restricted for ordinary families.
