Strong winds and dust storms expected in five regions today, according to Uzhydromet

Weather conditions may sharply deteriorate in several regions of Uzbekistan on April 22. Uzhydromet officially provided this information.

It was reported that during daylight hours, wind speeds in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, Navoi, and Surkhandarya regions are expected to increase to 15–20 meters per second. Dust storms are also likely to be observed along with the wind, especially in open and desert areas.

Experts emphasize that such weather conditions can lead to reduced visibility and cause inconvenience for the public. Therefore, citizens are advised to be cautious, and drivers in particular are urged to strictly adhere to safety regulations.
