Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he discussed "security guarantees and conditions for a just peace" for Ukraine with his partners at the European summit. Zelensky posted the relevant message on his Telegram channel on Sunday, March 2.

"We are preparing a number of important meetings and decisions in the near future," he said.

Preparing the basis for cooperation with the United States

"We are all working together to create a reliable basis for cooperation with America for real peace and guaranteed security in Europe," the Ukrainian leader added.

According to Zelensky, "European unity is at a very high level, this has not been seen for a long time."

The Baltic states have not yet been invited to the summit. They have not openly criticized it. However, Asta Skaisgirite-Liaushkene, an adviser to the Lithuanian president, said that "we are disappointed that we were not invited to London," the AP agency reports.

"I am grateful to all our friends and partners for their efforts to establish a stable and guaranteed peace in Ukraine," Volodymyr Zelensky concluded.
