Nigerian chef breaks Guinness record
Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has broken the Guinness record twice. She runs a restaurant in Lagos, teaches cooking classes, and offers private chef services.

Baci gained attention in 2023 with an uninterrupted cooking marathon that lasted for 93 hours and 11 minutes. This month, she broke another Guinness record by cooking more than 8.7 tons of Jollof rice in a single large pot.

Her success is not accidental. Baci plans to develop her brand and wants to open restaurants around the world in the future. Her goal is to make Nigerian cuisine famous worldwide. She also wants to introduce her coconut rice recipe to the world.
