Zelenskyy: "An enemy position was occupied using drones"
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukrainian forces have successfully captured enemy positions using a novel military approach. For the first time in the conflict, drones and ground robotic systems were used to seize control of a position without the deployment of traditional infantry. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that an unusual military operation was conducted for the first time during the war. According to him, the enemy position was occupied without conventional infantry, entirely using modern technologies—drones and ground-based robotic systems. The head of state noted that during this operation, robots under special control were sent to the most dangerous areas, rather than humans. They entered the positions and took control.
"This was the first time during the war that this was done without the participation of troops." A robot, rather than a soldier, entered the most dangerous points and performed the task," said Volodymyr Zelensky.
