A woman named Zarnibo, living in Osh, reported that she was subjected to a brutal attack by her husband. According to her, the man threw boiling water on her face twice and fled to Uzbekistan after the incident. She mentioned this during a meeting with the city mayor.
The incident occurred on March 9 of this year. The woman, who suffered severe injuries, was forced to undergo treatment in the hospital for 27 days. According to her, no assistance was provided by her husband or his relatives during this time.
The woman stated that she had appealed to the Kyrgyzstan Department of Internal Affairs several times. Although officials promised to take control of the case, the suspect has not yet been apprehended.
The head of the city police department stated that he was aware of the situation and that they are taking measures to arrest the suspect soon and return him to the country.
Currently, investigation activities regarding this incident are ongoing.
