LandRoads has published a study on the quality of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) produced in China. Mercedes-Benz was ranked the most reliable, while BYD and Zeekr scored above average.
The company surveyed 7,800+ owners of 67 different NEV brands in China, compiling a quality risk index that reflects the number and severity of issues reported by users. A lower index indicates higher reliability.
Top-Ranked Chinese Electric Cars by Reliability (LandRoads):
Mercedes-Benz – 33 points (most reliable)
Xiaomi SU7 – 79 points
BMW – 80 points
Arcfox – 93 points
The average industry score was 186. Below this mark were BYD (151) and Zeekr (175), which are popular in Uzbekistan. Brands with higher risk scores include Wuling (204), Deepal (205), and Chery (241).

Luxeed – 429 points
