During enforcement actions against the debtor in the Kashkadarya region, his wanted car was found in a faulty and unfortunate condition, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement reported.
According to the information, there are 17 enforcement documents related to the collection of administrative fines against citizen U.Kh. Also, according to the decision of the Almazar District Criminal Court dated September 26, 2024, he was obligated to pay 10.3 million soums of material damage in favor of the victim D.U.
However, due to the debtor's failure to fulfill the established obligations, a ban was imposed on his car on November 9, 2024, and he was placed on a wanted list. As a result of the search, he was found in a deplorable condition, documents were drawn up, and legal measures are being taken.
