An important meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ukraine with leading entrepreneurs of Lviv and the western regions of Ukraine. During the dialogue, it was noted that local business elites expressed strong interest in investing in the Uzbek market, launching joint projects, and expanding trade and economic partnership.
According to IA "Dunyo," the meeting was organized at the embassy with the participation of members of the U Win Business Club association. This club is a prestigious business platform that unites large entrepreneurs from the Lviv, Ternopil, Volyn, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions of western Ukraine.
During the negotiations, the possibilities of further strengthening trade and economic relations between the two countries, revitalizing investment cooperation, and implementing mutually beneficial initiatives in Uzbekistan were discussed in detail.
The heads of such large companies as Tri sloni, Gora, Development West Group, Videnska kava, Shoco, Laluce, Daily Dose, Amway, Citadel Inn, Budmall, Biscotti, Sollar Energy, TOPHIM took part in the meeting both online and offline and expressed their proposals for cooperation with Uzbekistan. They presented a number of practical projects in such areas as textiles, logistics, the coffee industry, renewable energy, consulting, retail, and agriculture.
Uzbek diplomats answered all questions of interest to entrepreneurs and provided detailed information about the benefits, tax benefits, administrative conveniences, and opportunities created for foreign investors in the country. Promising areas of IT, logistics, trade platforms, and industrial cooperation were also presented.
Ukrainian business representatives, in turn, put forward a number of initiatives to establish trade relations with Uzbek companies, implement joint investment projects, and create new joint ventures.
At the conclusion of the event, both sides highly appreciated the importance of the meeting and expressed their readiness to further strengthen the economic partnership between Uzbekistan and Ukraine, explore new opportunities, and implement joint projects.
