The man who stole Shukrullo Isroilov's car was sentenced

It was previously reported that a Mercedes-Benz belonging to the famous comedian Shukrullo Isroilov was stolen. The trial on this case has concluded.

During the trial, it became clear that the stolen car actually belonged to Shukrullo Isroilov's child. The comedian immediately reported the theft to law enforcement agencies.

The stolen vehicle was stopped in Zargharlik Street, Uchtepa district of Tashkent city. The vehicle and its driver were handed over to the criminal investigation department officers.

It was revealed that the car was stolen by a person named Sherzod, born in 1998, who took advantage of the vehicle being left open.

"I've always wanted to drive this car. Seeing that it was open and no one was around, I got in and drove away. After driving around the city, I stopped near a car wash in Uchtepa district, where I was detained by traffic police officers. I deeply regret what I did," said the accused, Sherzod.

"I left my car unlocked, with the keys inside, and went to take care of some business. When I came back, the car was gone. At first, I thought it was someone's joke. Then I called 102. The police found my car within just 10 minutes. Dear fellow citizens, let's be vigilant and never leave your car unlocked," said the famous comedian Shukrullo Isroilov.

A criminal case was opened under Article 267 (vehicle theft) of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure of arrest was applied to the suspect.

During the trial, the victim, Shukrullo Isroilov's son, stated that he had no claims against the accused. The court sentenced the accused to 2 years in prison. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
