In Tashkent region, a case of gross violation of public safety and traffic rules was recorded. On August 3 in Yukorichirchik district, a young man born in 2004, while on top of a moving car, launched fireworks, putting his life in danger. The dangerous scene was filmed and, after being posted on social media, prompted rapid investigative measures.
According to the Tashkent Region Department of Internal Affairs and the Traffic Safety Department, the driver and passenger were quickly identified. The driver was charged under Article 128-10 of the Administrative Responsibility Code — “Road Hooliganism” — for endangering the life of a passenger. The passenger was held liable under Articles 183 and 185-1 for deliberately ignoring public conduct rules, disturbing public order, and illegally using pyrotechnic devices.
The administrative case materials were sent to the Yukorichirchik District Court. By court decision, the passenger was sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest. The driver was deprived of the right to drive vehicles for one year and fined an amount equal to 25 times the base calculation value.
Officials emphasized that such dangerous actions pose a serious threat not only to the lives of the participants but also to the safety of other road users. It was noted that disregard for traffic rules will not go unpunished.
