An enforcement document to recover a criminal fine of 17 million 820 thousand soums from debtor R.U. was received in the proceedings of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau’s Koson district branch.
It was revealed that he promised another citizen to “find him a job”, but his plan did not work out and as a result of this act he was brought to justice.
By the decision of the Mirishkor district court on criminal cases dated December 26, 2024, R.U. was found guilty under Articles 168 and 28,211 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and was sentenced to a criminal fine in the amount of 54 times the basic calculation amount.
During enforcement proceedings, the debtor was repeatedly warned to pay the fine within the set voluntary period. However, because he failed to fulfill this obligation, compulsory enforcement actions were carried out by the Bureau's Koson district branch.
As a result, the debtor paid the full amount of the designated fine.
We urge citizens to be careful of such fraud, and to choose only official and legal ways for employment or other services.
