A court verdict has been issued in Tashkent regarding a shocking incident that took place in a rented house. A 20-year-old student has been found guilty of murdering a woman. This was reported by the Millar program.
The crime occurred in June of this year. According to the investigation, the young man invited a woman to the rented apartment for an intimate meeting. However, during the encounter, a dispute arose between them.
According to the defendant, the woman started talking to someone on the phone and then began threatening and shouting at him. As a result, he tried to cover her mouth to calm her down, but she resisted. The altercation ended with him strangling her.
Afterward, he wrapped the body in a bedsheet, fled the scene, and went to the Surkhandarya region.
The court found the accused guilty under Article 97, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan (premeditated murder) and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
This incident once again shows how recklessness and emotional outbursts in personal relationships can lead to tragic consequences.
