The limited liability company "A.S.," located in the city of Samarkand, received a loan from the bank for the development of entrepreneurship. However, as a result of the enterprise's failure to fulfill the loan terms on time, a debt of 4 billion 650 million soums arose.
The Samarkand City Court for Civil Cases issued a ruling on the recovery of this debt on June 15, 2025. According to it, in order to repay the debt, the payment was to be made at the expense of the building of the enterprise, which was pledged as collateral. However, the company's management did not take the necessary measures to ensure the execution of the court decision.
Inspectors of the Samarkand Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement repeatedly warned the management of the enterprise and imposed a ban on the property. Nevertheless, due to non-payment of the debt, the mortgaged property - the enterprise building - was valued at 4.65 billion soums and put up for sale through an electronic auction.
