According to the press service of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, a model procedure for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of khokimiyat employees has been registered. This document was registered on October 28 under the number 3696.
This procedure applies to all district and city khokimiyats across the republic, as well as to the khokimiyats of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The effectiveness of employees in certain positions of the khokimiyat will be assessed on the basis of an internal procedure included in the special state register of state civil service positions.
Effectiveness indicators are determined based on the following requirements: they must be specific, time-bound, skills-based, goal-oriented, achievable, and measurable. The evaluation, approval, and development of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of khokimiyat employees will be carried out through the "samaradorlik.uz" electronic system.
The evaluation will be conducted based on a special scheme. The effectiveness of employees is divided into levels: 1.
Unsatisfactory (D) — less than 70 points; 2. Satisfactory (C) — from 70 to 85 points; 3.
Good (B) — from 85 to 100 points; 4. Excellent (A) — above 100 points.
