A trial has begun in the city of Angren regarding the brutal violence committed against a minor girl. The Commissioner for Children's Rights, Surayyo Rahmonova, made an official statement on this case and stated that she would participate in the court hearings.

He informed the media that the 15-year-old victim is currently being treated at a medical facility in Tashkent. The Ombudsman met with the girl and assessed her mental and physical condition, confidence in her family, and life plans after treatment.

According to the official report, the girl's health is gradually recovering. She has gained weight, her condition has stabilized, and she is receiving psychological assistance. Under the supervision of specialists, he is trying to recover from a serious injury.

Surayyo Rakhmonova said that she would participate in this trial and protect the interests of the minor victim. She also stated that after her discharge from the hospital, she will continue to monitor her to ensure she lives in a safe and healthy environment.

As a reminder, this horrific incident occurred in July of this year. The 15-year-old girl was assaulted by several men, including her relative.
