In Namangan, a woman was detained for attempting to sell 2 kilograms of hashish

During another urgent operation carried out by employees of the DHH and IO, a woman living in the Yangi Namangan district, born in 1990 and previously convicted, was detained.

It was revealed that she was caught receiving 1 kilogram 953 grams of “hashish”, hidden among fabrics, which she intended to sell for 200 million soms, in a passenger vehicle coming from Margilan.

In connection with this case, a criminal case has been initiated against the woman under Articles 25 and 273, Part 5 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
