The head of a farm in the Angor district of Surkhandarya region demanded 800 million soums to register a 7.7-hectare land plot belonging to the farm in the name of another citizen. According to available information, he had already managed to receive 520 million soums from the citizen. While attempting to collect the remaining 280 million soums, he was detained by law enforcement officers as part of a rapid operation.
