Furthermore, in exchange for making changes and additions to existing technical specifications, for this "service," he demanded a total of 3,000 US dollars from the citizen.
Caught red-handed: During a well-planned operation by law enforcement, the gas department employee was caught at the scene with material evidence while receiving a portion of the requested amount, specifically 1,000 US dollars through an intermediary.
