Uzbekistan national team’s talented midfielder Abbos Fayzullaev announced that he has opened a new chapter in his football career. On the occasion of his transfer from CSKA to the prestigious Turkish club “Istanbul Basaksehir”, he shared words of heartfelt gratitude.
According to Fayzullaev, one of the biggest moments in his football journey happened yesterday. He expressed special thanks to CSKA, its management, and coaches Vladimir Fedotov and Marko Nikolic for trusting him and providing the guidance needed to move to a new level and grow. He noted that he always did his best to justify their trust and bring maximum benefit to the club.
Abbos also thanked all the staff at CSKA, especially his teammates who welcomed him warmly and supported him from the beginning. He stated that it was through the efforts of this team that he secured a place in the Uzbekistan national team and experienced unforgettable moments such as participating in the Olympic Games and earning a spot in the 2026 World Cup.

He added that Turkish culture and traditions are close to the Uzbek people, and he expects many exciting experiences in the country.
In his view, the Turkish league is known for its high competition and strong intensity, and “Istanbul Basaksehir” fights for top positions every year.
