Karager Mocks Ferdinand's Comments


Former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher responded to former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand's statements about the ticket prices for the 2026 World Cup matches. Ferdinand was asked if football matches should be made more affordable for the general public.

In his response, Ferdinand stated: "I am just a regular person, and we have always wanted goods and services to be more affordable. I know FIFA is trying to do something about this, but whether it will happen remains to be seen," he said in an interview with the BBC.

Meanwhile, Carragher reacted to Ferdinand's words on social media by posting laughing emojis over money bag emojis as a response.
