Isco undergoes surgery on his right leg

33-year-old Spanish midfielder Isco, whose rights belong to Seville-based Betis, has undergone surgery on his right leg. The club has not yet provided an exact recovery timeline. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.

Isco joined Betis in the summer of 2023. His current contract with the midfielder runs until the end of the 2027/2028 season.

In the first half of the current season, the player featured in only two matches and did not register any goal contributions.

After 17 La Liga rounds, Betis have collected 28 points and sit sixth in the standings.
