Monaco lose their sixth of the last seven matches

On Saturday in Ligue 1, Monaco hosted Lyon and suffered another disappointing result, losing 1–3. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.
Midway through the first half, Lyon launched a dangerous attack: Afonso Moreira struck low from the left side of the penalty area, but the goalkeeper collected the ball with ease. In the 38th minute, the visitors delivered a left-sided corner, Nicolas Tagliafico directed it to the far post, and Pavel Shulsh got a touch to finish into the near corner — 0–1. In the 45th minute, Monaco responded quickly: after a sequence of chances, Mamadou Koulibaly rolled the ball into an empty net to level the score — 1–1.
Early in the second half, Thilo Kehrer headed in from a corner, but the goal was disallowed for an attacking foul. In the 57th minute, Kassoum Ouattara lost the ball in his own half and Lyon punished it: Shulsh struck accurately from outside the box into the left corner to complete his brace — 1–2.
In the 70th minute, Monaco’s situation got even worse: Koulibaly received a straight red card for a dangerous challenge on Tagliafico. Soon after, Moreira played a pass from the left flank to Tagliafico, who laid it off to Abner Vinicius — Abner set himself and put the game to bed — 1–3.
After the win, Lyon sit outright in 5th place in the standings. Monaco dropped to 9th after another defeat. Aleksandr Golovin played 76 minutes.
