Bosnich recommends Southgate to Manchester after Amorim’s departure

Former Manchester United goalkeeper Mark Bosnich shared his view on who should become the club’s head coach after Ruben Amorim’s resignation. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

As a reminder, on January 5 the English club officially announced it had parted ways with Portuguese specialist Ruben Amorim. In Bosnich’s opinion, the “Red Devils” should be led by English coach Gareth Southgate.

“He took charge of the England national team during one of the most difficult periods in its history and led the team to two major achievements: a European Championship final and a World Cup semi-final,” BBC quotes Bosnich as saying.

The expert also highlighted another advantage of Southgate: his ability to build correct and effective relationships with the club’s management.

After 20 rounds of the Premier League, Manchester United are 6th in the table with 31 points.
