Timothee Pembele joins Le Havre on loan until the end of the season

English club Sunderland have sent defender Timothee Pembele out on loan. The 23-year-old will play for French side Le Havre until the end of the season, the club’s official website reported. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

A graduate of PSG’s academy, Pembele previously also played for Bordeaux. For now, he is struggling to break into the Black Cats’ first team: this season he has featured in only one match in a secondary cup competition.

According to Transfermarkt, Pembele, whose market value is €2 million, also played for Le Havre on loan last season. The team currently sit 13th in the table with 18 points after 17 matches.
