Gary O’Neil agrees to become Strasbourg head coach

English specialist Gary O’Neil, who previously worked at Bournemouth and Wolverhampton, is close to continuing his career in the French league. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to BBC Sport journalists, the 42-year-old coach has agreed to take charge of Strasbourg. He will take over the team from Liam Rosenior, who has moved to London club Chelsea.

After Matchday 17 in Ligue 1, Strasbourg have collected 24 points and sit 7th in the standings. The team’s next league match will be at home against Metz. The game will take place on Sunday, 18 January.
