Gary O'Neil takes charge of Strasbourg after Rosenior

Another new appointment in the French league: British coach Gary O’Neil has started work as Strasbourg’s head coach. The club’s press service officially announced the arrival of the 42-year-old manager. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

O’Neil is known for his work in the English Premier League — he previously coached Bournemouth and Wolverhampton.

The new head coach will hold his first training session with the team on Thursday, January 8. His first official match with Strasbourg will take place on Saturday, January 10, in the French Cup.

Strasbourg are currently 7th in the Ligue 1 table with 24 points.
