In the Spanish Super Cup final, Catalonia’s Barcelona defeated Madrid’s Real 3–2. The match also featured 18-year-old winger Lamine Yamal for the Blaugrana. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
With this victory, Yamal won the fifth trophy of his career and, by this metric, outdid Lionel Messi at the same age. Messi had won only two titles with Barcelona at that age.
Lamine, a graduate of Barcelona’s academy, is valued at €200 million on the transfer market. The player’s current contract with the club runs until the end of June 2031.
