Sebastian Szymanski, who played for Moscow’s Dynamo, will continue his career with France’s Rennes. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
According to Transfermarkt, the French club paid €9.5 million for the player, who previously played for Turkey’s Fenerbahce.
In the 2025/2026 season, Szymanski made 26 appearances in all competitions, scoring 2 goals and registering 2 assists.
The 26-year-old midfielder has signed a contract running until June 30, 2029. His market value is estimated at €12 million.
Szymanski is currently recovering from an injury — he has a groin strain. His return date is still unclear.
