Jizzakh-based "Sogdiana" have announced the departure of head coach Ivan Boskovic after the team’s poor start to the new season. The club said the employment contract was terminated by mutual agreement.
In an official statement, "Sogdiana" thanked Boskovic for his work with the team and wished him success in his future coaching career. The club also said more information about the new head coach will be released soon.
"Sogdiana" have opened the campaign in disappointing fashion. After four rounds, the side sit in 15th place with one draw and three defeats, putting early pressure on the coaching staff and the club’s management.
