22 Million sums in damages recovered after a car accident

A court decision regarding material damage caused by a car accident in Sirdarya region was enforced, and a large amount of funds was recovered. This was reported by the Sirdarya district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.

According to reports, based on the decision of the Sirdarya district criminal court dated February 6, 2025, it was determined that the amount of 22.6 million sums in damages caused was to be recovered from the debtor in favor of the victim.

In accordance with the enforcement document issued on the basis of the court decision, appropriate measures were taken by employees of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. However, since the debtor did not voluntarily pay the damages within the specified period, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated against him.

During the enforcement process, a BYD “Chazor” brand car belonging to the debtor was identified and registered. Then, the payments regarding the debt were covered through this car.

As a result, not only was the 22.6 million sums of material damage fully recovered, but additionally, 3.3 million sums in tax debts were also completely collected, and the enforcement document was executed in full.
