At the “Urikzor” market in Tashkent, a control purchase of the Chinese-made “Nawas” radiator was carried out. The inspection in the field of technical regulation revealed that the product did not meet the current standards.
Tests showed that the thickness of the aluminum wall of the radiator in contact with water was 1.42 mm instead of the required 1.5 mm. In addition, during the static strength test under pressure at least 2.5 times higher than the working level specified by the manufacturer, the radiator failed to comply.
According to regulations, the product must withstand pressure of 4.5 MPa. However, it cracked already at 4.0 MPa.
For this reason, the import of this product into Uzbekistan has been prohibited.
