Singer Mashhur Muhammad announced to his fans via his Instagram page that another new song of his will be released soon. The new track is called “Oy va Quyosh”.

A rubai written by our great ancestor, Hazrat Mir Alisher Navoi, whose birthday was widely celebrated just recently, has been dear to me since childhood. Therefore, I decided to combine words and thoughts that are close and similar in meaning and turn them into a song.
If our creative work delights our respected listeners, lovers of music and poetry, and especially our caring and kind parents, then we will have achieved our goal.
I wish a long life to those whose parents are alive. May Allah grant His mercy to those who have passed away.
I dedicate this song to the bright memory of the people who left an indelible mark in my life — my grandfather Ma’murjon hoji ota and my grandmother Hikmatxon hoji ona.”
